Order Processing

Your pre-order will be swiftly handled within 1-2 business days, followed by a confirmation email. Given the unique fan-created nature of our merchandise, kindly allow 3-4 weeks for production once the pre-order period concludes. 

After production, shipments within Canada should arrive in 2-5 days. For shipments to the USA, customers should anticipate a delivery window of 3-7 business days.

Shipping Information

If your order contain both pre-order and regular items, they will be shipped altogether once all items have arrived and are ready to be shipped.

If you would like to receive some of your items before the pre-order items are ready, please contact us via email. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Minimum Order Quantity

Pre-order items depend on meeting a minimum quantity. If the target is not met by the deadline specified on the product page, we guarantee a hassle-free, full refund for any pre-orders placed.
